Gavin Webster - Standup Comedian

At Least Until The World Stops Going Round

With a fucked throat I ventured down to Darlington for my final appearance at this year's Darlington Comedy Festival. I did a musical show with Ruth Cockburn, Natalie Wicks and Duncan Oakley. I felt a bit of a charlatan doing a musical spot alongside those three who were proper musical comedians and proper musicians. Never mind I soldiered on and tried to remember some of my old songs and some I'd never played live alongside some stand up I'm doing at the minute to put together a coherent set and sounding like Phil Mitchell. Good on you once again Neil Jollie for putting on a brilliant comedy festival.

Right I must dash to Ayr for yet another preview. Speak tomorrow people.
