I'm a bit laid low at the moment, due fully to some cunt pushing me over at a 6 a side league game on Monday thus spraining my arm which I'm now moving around rather like a pensioner. No matter, it's all part of the rich tapestry of life and the fucker's card's marked next time we play.

It has given me time to get my Autumn dates in and I'm in the process of putting them in my diary right now. Be sure to watch Walk On the Wild Side this weekend on BBC1 at around 6 o clock where you can see a repeat of series 1 part 2.

Hopefully an announcement next week will be of some excitement, just watch this space.
